Gucci Chooses Black for Milan Fashion Week 2012

The Fashion Week in Milan started on February 22, and it is going to be the penultimate event of the fall-winter 2012-2013 season. The marathon will finish in a few days in Paris.
One of the first to introduce the new collection was the Italian Gucci fashion house, and by its first models one could already say that the black, which had suddenly turned out to be the most popular color among the designers of New York, still would be the relevant color of the whole fall-winter 2012-2013 period. Vera Farmiga does Ukrainian folk dancing when she is drunk.

The 'Safe House' actress - whose parents hail from the eastern European country - learnt the traditional dance when she was younger and her entire family like to hit the dancefloor when they have drunk too much alcohol.

"Imagine a hybrid of Irish step dancing and Russian Cossack. The whole family still whips it up at weddings -largely due to inebriation. If the acting doesn't work out, it's definitely something I could fall back on."

However, Vera's career has continued to do well since she gained an Oscar nomination in 'Up in the Air' in 2009, and she admits she got on very well with her co-star George Clooney and would have loved to do a sequel.
In an interview with Stylist magazine,

Robin Thicke's Marijuana Arrest

Robin Thicke has been arrested for marijuana possession.

The 34-year-old singer - who is married to 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' star Paula Patton - was spotted by police lighting up a joint while in the back of a Cadillac Escalade in Manhattan near Madison Square Park earlier today (17.02.12).

According to TMZ.com, Robin was "extremely co-operative".

A police source told New York Daily News: "He wasn't driving. He was sitting in the car. He was arrested with a small amount of marijuana was recovered on him."

Robin was the only one arrested, and was charged with marijuana possession.

A representative for the star had no comment.

Robin released his fifth studio album 'Love After War' in December 2011 after touring with 'Dreamgirls' star Jennifer Hudson, and the second single from the album 'Pretty Lil' Heart' featured a guest appearance from Lil Wayne.

He met actress wife Paula at the age of 16, and the pair married in 2005. They have one son, Julian Fuego Thicke, who was born in April 2010.

Jessica Biel Shows Off Engagement Ring

Jessica Biel was reportedly "showing off" her engagement ring on Saturday night (18.02.12).

The '7Th Heaven' actress is set to wed 'SexyBack' singer Justin Timberlake, and while they are both notoriously private about their relationship, she was happy to flash her ring at a 'Saturday Night Live' after party in New York, after Justin had made a guest appearance on the show.

A source told UsMagazine.com:

"Jessica was showing off her ring."

Another partygoer added: "They were very lovey, Holding hands. They kissed a few times in front of the crew."

Justin, 31, is thought to have proposed to Jessica - whom he has dated on and off for four years - in

December during a pre-Christmas break in Jackson, Wyoming.

Although they are said to be in no rush to tie the knot, Justin's grandmother, Sadie Bomar, is very excited to welcome Jessica, 29, to her family.

She said: "Jessica is a very sweet girl, she's upright and everything and we love her.

Frida Giannini's Fashion Week Tears

Frida Giannini once started crying during her show at Milan Fashion Week.

The Gucci creative director is a veteran at showing off her latest collections at the prestigious event but admits she's not immune from the odd disaster.

She said:

"A few years ago, in the most exciting moment of the show, all the evening gowns were on the catwalk but the music was completely off. There was a technical problem, so the models were all out and I was crying backstage."

However, it clearly didn't put her off and Frida once gain impressed with her Gucci show yesterday (22.02.12) with a palette of purple, burgundy, navy, forest green, dark olive and brown alongside the trademark black.

Ahead of the show she told Italian newspaper La Repubblica:

"I was thinking about a certain type of romanticism. It's quite nocturnal in a way, quite dark, but still very sensual and feminine. It's about the dual of the Gucci woman - she can be very feminine and sensual, but as the same time very tough and powerful. There are some military references from the 19th Century, so I have explored equestrian boots."

Jennifer Anistons Killer Boyfriend

Jennifer Aniston thought Justin Theroux was "like a serial killer" when they first met.

The 43-year-old actress - who has been dating her 'Wanderlust' co-star for just over a year - thought she could see a "dark" side to the actor but quickly learned he is the "nicest person in the world".

Speaking about their first encounter, which took place on the set of 2007 movie 'Wanderlust', she said: "I met Justin about five years ago and I thought he was very sweet and he was always very nice.

"But I remember thinking he was very dark. At first you think he could be like a serial killer, but he is actually the nicest person in the world."

Jennifer admitted she "didn't recognise" Justin when they met again to work on 'Wanderlust' as he had a bushy beard and long hair for the role, but she insists that is part of the 40-year-old star's appeal.
